One Year In: A Look Back at Third Coast Luxury & the North Shore Market

Twelve months of Third Coast Luxury, and what the numbers did across six North Shore towns.

I can’t believe it has already been one year since Julie and I launched Third Coast Luxury. As I reflect on the last 12 months, there is so much that makes me proud.

Our team has been recognized by Chicago Magazine as one of the top teams in Chicagoland, and RealTrends Verified, the industry’s leading independent benchmark for top-producing real estate professionals, ranks Third Coast Luxury among the top 1.5% of teams nationally. We are also incredibly proud to be the #3 team in Winnetka as ranked by RealTrends Verified. This spring, Sheridan Road featured our team in its annual Selling the Shore issue, and Julie and I are honored to be recognized again as two of Chicago’s Power Women in the magazine’s October 2026 issue.

The accolades are wonderful recognition for the late nights, missed weekend events, and lots and lots of hard work. But nothing compares to the celebratory calls and shared jubilation when a buyer wins the home they love after a multiple-offer battle, or when a seller achieves a sale price that once felt like a dream but, at the closing table, becomes reality.

They say you never work a day in your life if you love what you do, and I can assure you that I absolutely cherish this career, one that feels far more like a calling than a job. And getting to do it alongside my literal family (Alex!) and my chosen family (this incredible team) is truly the joy of a lifetime.

One year down, and hopefully countless more to go.

Thank you for indulging me in that moment of reflection and pride. And if I’m going to look back at our team’s accomplishments over the last year, it seems only fitting that we look back at the market, too.

Market statistics can tell us what’s happening across the North Shore, but real estate is always personal. If you have questions about the market, what your home might be worth today, or what these trends could mean for a future move, I’m always happy to talk.
